Public Speaking Competition

Children in Year Five took part in a Public Speaking competition. The challenge was to talk about a time when they have felt like an outsider.

The quality of the entrants was very high and the judges, Mr Bancroft and Rev Paul, from St. Mary's church, found it difficult to decide on a winner.

In the end Isabelle won the competition for her superb speech and powerful story. 

Isla was praised for her excellent speaking and description.
